The JL Salazar Law firm is an Intellectual Property services firm based in Houston, Texas. Our services include patent preparation & prosecution, trademark preparation & prosecution, online docketing with remote client access, international searches, intellectual property agreements, due diligence reviews, and intellectual property training. Our firm uses a strategic approach in evaluating Intellectual Property needs. We work with our clients' technical and legal teams to analyze products and services, and determine an appropriate strategy based on this analysis. Our goal is to provide high quality Intellectual Property services in a timely and cost effective manner.
In-House, Large Law Firm and Technical Experience
Our firm is made up of a team of degreed engineers and scientists with extensive experience handling international patent and trademark matters for corporate clients located throughout the world. Our team has both ‘in-house’ and ‘large law firm’ experience handling Intellectual Property matters for corporate clients. Additionally, our team is made up of skilled professionals with experience working as engineers and technical managers for major corporations. We understand the needs of clients from both an inside and an outside counsel perspective. Using this understanding, we work to provide the highest quality customer service in the delivery of our Intellectual Property products and services.
