Jennie Salazar, Managing Attorney
Jennie Salazar is a patent attorney with extensive ‘in-house’ and ‘large law firm’ experience handling Intellectual Property matters for large international corporations in the Homeland Security, oilfield, software, medical, aerospace and other industries. After spending seven years in private practice, Jennie spent seven years as in-house IP Counsel for a large software and oilfield services company where she managed large dockets of international patent and trademark portfolios, negotiated IP contracts, prepared IP strategies, trained business teams, performed due diligence reviews and handled IP disputes. Before attending law school, Jennie spent five years working as an engineer and technical manager for a major manufacturing corporation.
Norma Bennett, Of Counsel Litigator
Norma Bennett is a patent attorney with extensive experience handling multi-million dollar IP litigation for large international corporations. Her experience involves both federal and state litigation, as well as representation before the US Patent & Trademark Office. Norma has worked for some of the most well-respected IP litigation firms in the country, where she handled litigation management, motion practice, non-infringement & invalidity analysis, trial preparation, licensing, agreements, etc. Norma also has experience working for a major international medical manufacturer.
Scott McBride, Of Counsel
Scott McBride is a patent attorney with extensive technical and legal experience working with large international corporations. Scott spent several years working in the US and Canada as an engineer and technical manager where he handled multi-million dollar engineering projects. After obtaining his law degree, Scott worked as an IP attorney for a large IP boutique where he prepared and prosecuted patent and trademark matters, prepared legal opinions and assisted businesses in developing IP strategies. Scott has handled hundreds of IP matters for large international corporations in the computer, oilfield, chemical and other industries.

Tom Mitchell is a patent agent with over thirty (30) years of experience as a chemist, and ten (10) years as an in-house patent agent. Tom has a Phd in Organic Chemsitry and has worked for major international corporations in the oil & gas industry. Tom has prepared & prosecuted hundreds of patent applications, and prepared numerous opinions.

Robert Jackson is a law clerk and paralegal with extensive experience handling IP matters for major US Intellectual Property firms. Robert spent eight years at large law firms as a paralegal where he handled a wide variety of domestic and international Patent and Trademark matters. His experience involves preparing patent and trademark prosecution documents, preparing patent and trademark search reports, reviewing invention disclosures, preparing patent analysis reports, and negotiating IP agreements. Robert is currently pursuing his law degree at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law.

Marcus Puckett is a patent agent in training. Marcus is a scholarship student at the University of New Mexico where he is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Physics. He plans to graduate in 2013, and continue his education towards a Phd in Physics.
